Our... read more Accidentally found this gem looking for an Italian restaurant while at the mall, and I'm SO glad we did. Hands down best Chicken Cordon Bleu I've ever had. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. Bus boy made sure our table was clear and we were taken care of. A cute place with fantastic food. We ordered the clams casino and stuffed mushrooms to start. Hubby had Chicken Marsala and I the Cordon Bleu. Everything was Devine. Highly recommend.

Good but we have all had better (think it was a packet mix-just add butter Asked for the steak Diane and staff asked for my second option (thats never happened before.. she claimed their “choice” meat options haven’t been as “choice” as they have been (ever after raising the cost of a filet to $35 for 6 oz. So, oddly enough I ordered the prime rib, was fine. But the stuffed mushroom appy may have been (i so don’t want to say Alpo but WE BOTH THOUGHT OF EXACTLY THAT!! Anyway.. Fitz loved the Chicken Savoy!! BUT he wished he got it cutlet and not on the bone. But he still LOVED the garlic flavor with the balsamic — Very Good.. that’s an exquisite review for Fitz.. probably won’t be back, but never say never!! Staff was very attentive and prices were GREAT considering it was 25% off Cash Wednesday!!!! Three glasses of wine (house Chardonnay had many citric style fruity flavors but found a depth..maybe a peach/pear mash? Was good but not mixed well with my meal—my fault. Dark bar area and the place DID fill up.. everyone seemed to be enjoying the atmosphere, which takes you back a bit. Late 70/early 80’s maybe. No exposed windows. Some reference to the spider story it appears to be named after but i didn’t ask.. didn’t matter. If Fitz wants to try their chicken cutlet savoy i would love to go back and try something else.. did I mention the great service ? Serving sizes were just like home. Eight Brussel sprouts (I LOVED THEM! and mashed taters (could be instant? with a sprinkle of cheese .. homemade thousand island dressing on salad was flavorful (tad sweet but you know it’s homemade! Fresh salad, clean .. good prices and again, attentive, friendly staff (25% off Cash Wednesday!! Make a reservation ! It will fill up!

If you are looking for a comfortable atmosphere and food that is straightforward, hearty and good, then I highly recomend Charlotte's Web.
