The Drill Hall has an excellent menu especially for vegans, but is not exclusively vegetarian or vegan. The restaurant had a lovely chilled atmosphere, the staff were very friendly helpful and the food and drink was as delicious and to top it off it is also dog friendly. I completely recommend this restaurant and will definitely visit if I am ever in this area again. View all feedback.
What Nathan Morris doesn't like about The Drill Hall:
Went in as had a good looking hot chocolate menu. I ordered mint, hubby ordered salted caramel. Both were v bland and needed far more chocolate powder. Was basically Luke warm milk with a snuff for a hint of chocolate. Would not recommend. View all feedback.
This restaurant in East Kent serves the best pizza in the area. It's a fantastic stop for those exploring the local area. The pizza is made with top-notch ingredients and tastes better than vacation pizzas! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and there are seating options for groups, couples, and even dogs. Don't forget to top off your meal with some locally made ice cream for the perfect lunch spot in Sandwich.
Popped in here on a Sunday afternoon for an ice-cream. Service was mixed, the 1st girl was great, friendly and attentive. (Red head with glasses) The second girl was unbelievablly rude, virtually throwing the ice creams at us ! Set up was a bit random, but had a nice atmosphere. Ice cream was nice but expensive, I asked for 2 scoops and got 1.....
We popped in after golf at the last minute and had a great evening. Lovely wood fired pizzas, great service and as a bonus we had entertainment in the form of a magician/mind reader which was highly entertaining and made for a great evening that we had not expected. Would definitely visit again when in the area
Gorgeous pizzas, great and knowledgeable staff and lovely surroundings would highly recommend! Also dog friendly.
