No Name Cafe, a charming deli with an upstairs bistro, offers a range of delicious food and coffee in a lovely setting. While some visitors have reported issues with service and product quality, others have had excellent experiences, praising the friendly staff and tasty menu offerings. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere and is definitely worth a visit, despite some minor cleanliness concerns in the restroom. Overall, the establishment provides a cozy and inviting experience for patrons looking to enjoy a bite to eat in the heart of this picturesque town.
We visited the Bistro twice because the unique and interesting building and name caught my attention. During our first visit, there was a bit of a wait as a table of 6 arrived just before us and seemed to take their time deciding on drinks and croissants. However, once our order was taken, the food was worth the wait - the Brie, quince jelly, and baguette was delicious! The next morning, we decided to give it another try and were served almost immediately since we were the only ones there at that time. The continental breakfast was also really good. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit and the shop downstairs is also worth checking out.
Today, I am basing my review solely on my customer experience. I have been a patron of No Name Cafe since they first opened. The food and coffee are consistently delicious and fresh. However, my visit today was marred by a frustrating encounter. Initially, I had to wait for a staff member to finish texting before I could place my order. When it started raining, I asked if my party could move upstairs to eat, and was told it was fine. However, once we were upstairs, we were abruptly informed that we could not have our orders there as they were different and at a different price. I understand that dining in the cafe may come at a premium, but I was willing to pay the difference. To make matters worse, I overheard the same staff member badmouthing us to other customers downstairs. It is a shame, as I have always enjoyed No Name Cafe, but I will not be returning after this experience.
The restaurant boasts a beautiful location and stylish decor. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food and coffee are delicious. However, it is worth noting that the cleanliness of the restroom floor could be improved, as well as ensuring the tissue bins are emptied regularly. It's a shame that this otherwise lovely establishment is let down by the state of the toilets.
Spotted this cute place driving through and knew we’d have to pop in! What a lovely authentic French shop We bought a couple of croque sandwiches to take home for lunch which were perfect The cheese selection looks epic and they are dog friendly in there too which is a bonus! Picked up some french crisps and sweets too, nostalgia from holidays abroad
Beautiful little place, with an amazing array of french and french inspired food. The staff are super friendly and set in the center of beautiful sandwich.
