The food was excellent and thoroughly cooked. The establishment maintained a clean environment, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there was one negative experience when I tried to order something from their wall menu. A staff member insisted that the item wasn’t available and wanted to argue about it instead of checking the menu.
It seemed like there was an intern in the kitchen, as it took nearly 15 minutes for my food to arrive—not very fast at all. One of the lights hanging on the wall had gone unnoticed until we pointed it out. The person who served us on 3/5/22 was quick to address the issue, immediately gluing the area and putting up signs to keep people away. He was friendly and efficient, with a great sense of humor.
The service was quick and convenient with the use of touchscreen ordering. The staff were very friendly. I give 4 stars for parking availability. You can park in the main lot for £1.30 per hour, or you can find street parking next to it, which is free for the first 20 minutes if you're willing to walk about 100 to 200 meters.
