Kfc - Dover
Kfc
Description
This local eatery offers quick and friendly service, with generous portion sizes and hot, freshly cooked food. However, several issues detract from the experience. Patrons have reported dry chicken and inconsistent order fulfillment, leading to frustration and refunds. Despite courteous staff who assist with dining needs, the restaurant itself shows signs of neglect, with dirty tables, grimy floors, and persistent flooding in the ladies' restroom. While it remains the only fast food option in town, a much-needed overhaul of the dining area is essential for attracting and retaining customers in an evolving neighborhood.

The restaurant was filled with teenagers who were loud, using profanity, and causing disruptions. They were throwing objects around without any intervention from the staff. These teenagers didn't even make any purchases, so they weren't even customers. I'm relieved that I didn't have my children with me. I would advise avoiding this place in the evening.
This is the 3rd time we have had a delivery from this KFC, never again. Everytime the order is wrong, always missing the sides. This evening missing side orders, food had to be microwaved as was delivered cold. Chips where just thrown in the bottom of the bag under the box and the 3 piece consisted of 3 legs from a chicken who must of been on a diet, not a chicken thigh in site. Definitely the worst KFC I have ever been to, consistently Rubbish. The colonel will be turning in his grave.
Three piece variety meal with extra large gravy at £8. Service was ok, chicken was freshly cooked, as were the chips. Social distancing was respected with the service, and when we sat down to eat.
I had the 3-piece meal with large fries for £5.59. The service was quick, friendly, and polite. However, the chicken was a bit dry, which was disappointing since it was ordered right after the restaurant opened.
