Ants all over the walls and the food and on our table that we sat down on as it seemed the cleanest and when we went to have this sorted our food was cleared away by a member of staff then they denied touching it
My God. You would think I would have learnt my lesson from the last visit over a year ago. Food still burnt and rubbish. Chicken fillet meal….burnt, tiniest bit of mayo ever and 3, yes you read that right, 3 tiny pieces of lettuce. I know there is a lettuce issue in the UK but that just took the mick. Roll was bone dry and stone cold at the bottom. Chips….looked like they had been over cooked until you tried them…they were hard. Rock hard. No amount of free salt made them edible. Then the popcorn chicken…..the dogs ate that. Dry and tasteless. Whitfield KFC. Sort yourself out. Your reviews are shocking. That should at least be an incentive to improve your food. No wonder your McMates round the corner always have a queue of cars waiting for food because there food is spot on. Yours is not. I’m surprised you still have any customers.
I recently visited this restaurant and was disappointed to find that their prices have increased. I used to really enjoy their chips after they changed them a few years ago, but today I found them to be disgusting. The chicken in my roll was slightly overcooked, which I didn't mind, but the poor quality of the chips was a dealbreaker for me. Sadly, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
