If you want your order right, order when they first OPEN! I ordered the ATOMIC wings all flats from WingStop because I’m still seeking real HOT WINGS and these are the love of my life! I normally like my wings extra extra crispy so I add honey and toast them up In my toaster for the perfect bite! Hot, crispy triple the spice! View all feedback.

I gave this place one more try about a week ago. I say one more because the time before I was there I sat there for about 35 minutes or so. Once I got my food it was cold because they completely forgot about me. They weren't even busy.So anyway, I gave them one last try. I ordered 20 classic wings. Half of them were dry and overcooked. Went in on Friday 9/1/23. It was a disaster. The AGM who proclaims to be the only one in the area Lisa, with the long red wig, no hair net, was extremely rude to everyone!! The customers, the employees, everyone!! First they were only taking online orders, not that the employees told us another customer who had been there for an hour told us. We attempted to place an order for my teenage daughter. Needless to say the order was not going through, however it charged me twice. I talked with a young lady who was probably the only nice person there, about trying to get a reverse of the transaction. Lisa the AGM yelled very loudly that they were not giving refunds as I tried to explain she walked off. Another lady tried to help as I showed her I was charged twice but the Alisa lady kept yelling saying what she wasn’t gonna do. She then said I’ll make your order and I was like heck no!! For you to spit in my food!! The worst of it all was there was no ticket and Lisa kept trying to write my order down. At this point I no longer wanted food from wing stop nor trusted them making my food, especially after I saw Lisa eating food while she was making orders!!!! Even bigger problem was all orders were taking over an hour to make even though the app said 8-13 minutes… this store should be closed down or Re- Staffed!! This was my first time and the food was horrible.The lemon herb remix had no flavor,the Hawaiin wasn't good and the fries seem like they were cooked the day before.This place needs to be shut down on Chapel Hill or retrained.I bought the Latta special and it was thrown out because no wanted itTHERE was too much oil in the bottom of the tray and no lemon on the chicken. It looked nothing like picture.Management and Owners need to check on this location.
Took an hour to get my food, the reason was bc of the fries being made.. we ordered two combos. I doubt fries take that long. Several people came in after us and got theirs before us. A customer even asked us if the employees just forgot about us? Horrible service.Food: 3/5
The cheese fries definitely could've been better, but the garlic parmesan and lemon pepper tenders I ordered were so cripsy and flavorful. Ranch was good. My Sprite was missing from my DoorDash order though.Food: 3/5
