Del Taco - Douglasville

I had a couple of missing French fry orders without napkins at this restaurant. When I went back inside, I found that the dining room was closed. I had to tap on the window to get the staff's attention. They quickly resolved the issue and had my order completed in less than 3 minutes. The food was decent, with no other unexpected surprises.

Last night at 8:45, I would have preferred to dine in the restaurant, but it was closed. The service was lacking personal touch. There were 7 to 8 cars in front of us, and once in line, we were stuck and unable to leave. We waited for over 30 minutes to receive our food. Even though the girl at the drive-thru was friendly, I still wouldn't give a positive rating. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this restaurant until the management addresses the issues with service and maintenance.

I have never had any issues with Del Taco before, but last night my husband and I ate there and he woke up this morning with food poisoning. He has been sick all day and has been throwing up rice and other ingredients from the burrito and tacos we had. We suspect it could be salmonella or E.coli. He is experiencing chronic diarrhea and we may have to go to the emergency room. I would strongly advise against eating at this particular Del Taco again. We are extremely disappointed and hope that measures are taken to ensure proper food handling in the future.

Nice to have some variety for fast-food in D'ville that is open really late if you happen to have a craving. I only wish the quality of the food was a bit higher, but is fine for what it is.
