The ice cream at this place was incredibly smooth and creamy, as the name suggests. However, it lacked strong flavor. Despite this, I would be willing to give it another chance since I only sampled two scoops. View all feedback.
I had a terrible experience with the service at the Capel Hill Rd location in Douglasville, GA on 8/5/23 at 4:30pm. Despite having 3 employees working, only one was assisting the long line of customers. When I inquired about speaking to a manager, I was informed that the restaurant was self-managed and no manager was on site.
I really enjoy the ice cream here, but the service at this restaurant is terrible.

I paid 9 dollars for a large recesse icecream. I asked for extra recesse!! I barley got any!
The ice cream was great but the waffle cone was stale and it was paper thin. The ice cream was melting through the cone before we could get out the door to leave.
