Douglas Root Beer Barrel

The restaurant offers vegan bratwurst prepared in various styles on the menu. Each order comes with a small root beer. We were informed that the veggie brats take approximately 15 minutes to prepare as they are made to order, but they are definitely worth the wait. The bratwurst and root beer were both delicious. If they were to add vegan ice cream for a vegan float, it would be perfect. The root beer is flavored with raw Wisconsin honey, so they assume it is not made with honey ice cream.
