I've never had to wait 45 minutes for a kids cheeseburger. The Redleaf Cafe is located by a beautiful location however the service, food and atmosphere do not live up to the views. We arrived to the cafe after our swim at 1:30, waited in line for 30 mins and waited another 45 minutes until our meal arrived. The meal was not complex and arrived quite squished and disappointing. It was a kids cheeseburger and a bacon and egg roll. The general atmosphere around the cafe was quite chaotic and everyone was trying to be patient but customers who ordered after us were informed food had run out. Some customers were ignored by staff. At the 30 minute mark, my partner asked a staff member on an update on our food and we were told they didn't know what was happening. Really disappointed, it was an extremely hot day and we waited almost an hour for food, and had arrived more than an hour before. It had really dampened our day. I hope we just caught them on a busy day where they were short-staffed.
The walk down is nice, the walk back up is a killer.
The Redleaf Cafe offers a mixed experience with stunning views but mixed reviews on service and food. Some visitors complained of long wait times and disappointing food quality, while others praised the beautiful setting and delicious menu options. The cafe seems to be a popular spot for brunch and lunch, with favorites like the Halloumi burger and smoothies receiving high marks. Despite some issues with service and wait times, the overall atmosphere is described as magical, making it a must-visit destination for beachgoers looking for a tasty meal with a view.

I can't get over how yummy my Tuna Roll is from Redleaf Pool Cafe. We have OJ too (Orange Juice). Fresh and tasty<br/ <br/ Amazing customer service! I dropped my roll in he sand and I thought I could just get them to cut off the sandy bits. The owner just gave a new sandwich roll. Thank you so much for your kindness!<br/ <br/ The rolls are Fresh and packed with goodness! <br/ <br/ If you love my reviews, read more on my foodie blog<br/ Hellomissmay.com<br/ <br/ And happy foodie pix on Instagram<br/ @hellomissmay
This place has a new breakfast menu purporting simple, freshly prepared ingredients that ticks the satisfaction box to the T. It is by no means a gastronomic beacon, but in this location it doesn't need to be. <br/ <br/ Set on a lofty balcony with ample shade overlooking one of Sydney's most picturesque and relaxing harbor beaches this is not a place to miss even if you just stick around for one of their really delicious freshly squeezed juices and a coffee.
Lovely location, tucked away a real find. Berries smoothies were delic
Location improves a somewhat average beach-side cafe. Limited but tasty range of food, breakfast and lunch, accompanied by strong flavoured coffee. Usual ice confections and multiple fruit juices. Service a little slow on busy days. Sitting in the sun, or in a shady area, and overlooking the harbour a magical experience and the cafe's major selling point.

Ever go somewhere and it's phenomenal but then you kind of forget how good it is until you go there again? It's kind of how I imagine many girls feel about
Unless your in the know or know someone you wouldn't find it or even know about it! Great day for it when i went.
You're not heading down here for the amazing food or the best coffee - the reason you're heading to the pool kiosk is because it has the most stunning view
