This small cafe situated in an old building across the road from the Quay and the floating exhibits at the maritime museum is a charming place for a coffee or better still an ice cream or sorbet from their excellent range.
Absolutely divine the taste of the ice. This one is handmade with farm milk. You can't go without a problem anymore. To do absolutely!!
Located in front of the museum port, a small in an original case less than 10 euros, pastries and handmade ice creams like beer, very nice! We recommend without hesitation!
A nice coffee pile in front of the douarnenez port-museum. We had come there for the ice, but, in winter, there wasn't. but we fell on the pastries (house, and very good) and hot drinks to face the finished winter. the (young) manager is particularly friendly...! We'll be back.
We arrived my wife my dog and I and took the last available place from the terrace. the next table was occupied by a woman with her dog who was lying under the table we had taken. Immediately this woman ordered us to move and to move our dog so as not to embarrass his.The tone was aggressive dry, without svp, it was an order. I said my dog was absolutely peaceful that his dog was not risking anything. When I said that his dog violently attacked mine without damage, fortunately. Of course the tone is mounted, it treated us with "salety of tourists" among other things. the owner of the establishment intervened without seeing what had happened and immediately took the defense of our attacker that she seemed to know. She threatened to fire us and told us that the tourists had nothing to say if they're not happy they're only leaving. The absurdity of the thing is that we live 10 kilometers away. I wonder what the tourists present had to think because the words were totally insulting to them. I'd add that the woman who got us so badly got us, still emptied 2 glasses of red in the quarter of an hour or we were at that terrace. It was probably not the first and not the last. if the client's behaviour was deplorable that of the boss was odious, unacceptable.
