Zaxby is in dothan on the autobahn montgomery, you have to do better. 20 minutes for a single order of the riders. I've been a fry cook before. it takes literally 3 to 5 minutes to fall, cook them and serve them. 20 minutes. then watched the chef stand around while the lobby is full and the line is long. even drive thru ppl were pulled out bc it took so long. You have to do better. and when I say something to the cashier, pretty nice, she turned her back on me. therefore she became embarrassed by men. I will not be sitting there and ignored when they are literally working in customer service. they do not do their literal work if they do not acknowledge or say anything.

Eat well... no seasons and we were told that they were in the bag. I didn't want to keep the line that just pulled out and was very disappointed. had nothing to wipe hands and mouth when we finished our meal.

I have a decent experience in this place; but today was terrible. I ordered online waited 10 minutes about the suggested waiting time to go inside and get my online order. when I'm in the load, everyone looks crazy when I show them my confirmation number. a hired person said the system was down and they would not have refunded the online order. (my money was taken from my account and the confirmation code says differently. no care. I waited another 20 minutes for a grilled cheese child meal. that's the only thing I command. After 25 minutes I asked how much longer. the hired turned red and said sad (they even forgot to start my order if I wanted to wait almost an hour for a grilled cheese, I would have just waited in the line. I'm not inscribed. I will not use this facility anymore.

Previously, it would be as good as the top-cheek place in the city, but a thing ruins it for me. before I received my meal, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and found a load bought soap dispenser (for public use) for customers to wash their hands through the sink, but EMPTY.A very bad sign. I told the young lady at the desk about it when I picked up my food and didn't answer much. something like that, they should act immediately, not blow someone out, /or forget it. as a health care professional myself I take this seriously, so the employees wash their hands on them, they use the rest of the soap or just wash their hands in the kitchen? many e. Coli cases go around, and it can not only be the lettuce. Anyway, I was hungry and ate eating, thanked God that it was hot, not cold. I can contact the health department next week. By the way, after eating I went back to the bathroom, broke the door and noticed that the cheap soap dispenser was not filled up, why there is not a large soap dispenser near the wall that should be full?

I'll be happy when they bring back the salad they normally carry only during the fall. I believe it's called Zenatious not sure of the spelling) but I do love their cobb salad
