The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes and drinks. I have a suggestion: it would be nice to offer green tea in different flavors, including sweet, diet, and unsweetened options.
Decided to stop by Wendy's drive through on our way home from Mexico Beach, FL. just to grab something to hold us over till we got home. This was on 07-19-2022 around 12:30 CST. We drove up to the drive through and was told their credit card machine was down and the sale is to be Cash only, we said OK...We ordered (2) #1 Dave's hamburger meals, one with a coke the other a sweet tea, nothing else, girl on the speaker said it would be $17, and change... got to the window another girl said it would be $20.22 like the year... for (2) #1 meals???? Didn't think much about at the time since I was talking on the phone with work and all... but as we got down the road opened the wrap on the hamburgers and both buns and cheese was COLD, the cheese hadn't even MELTED. It's as if they had taken a regular hamburger and fixed it up for a Dave's #1 burger... Fries were the only thing warm... Had I not been on the road already and needed to get home I would have turned around and walked in the store and spoke to the manager and demanded a fresh burger...Oh and there was NO receipt in the bag so I could see how much the food was... Sure as hell won't be coming back to this Wendy's ever again. RW
I really enjoyed my visit to the restaurant. The staff was friendly, and my food was served quickly. Overall, it was a great experience!
Well first off there wasn’t no signs saying you couldn’t dine in.Then one of the employees just staring at us couldn’t be polite and civil and let us know or say anything to us while she just watch us get out and everything. That place should be shut down. Service is bad employees are rude. It’s the nastiest Wendy’s in Dothan.
