The Uptown Jazz Club - Dothan

We love this place. beautiful atmosphere, good eating and great music.

Had the best New Year's Eve party in a long time. Thanks for hosting such a fantastic event. Wine and Jazz is there specialty, but everything is great.

It was laid back. Comfortable adult experience. Only wished it had more seating. Overall, for a small country city with nothing to do or a safe place to go, it was relaxing and I felt safe. I enjoyed the entertainment. They serve hot food, which is a US in my book.

The Uptown Jazz Club has a more grown and sexy vibe. The only downside is that due to its location it will definitely be the underdog to other places around, so don't expect to show up and there be a line out the door.

Intimate venue, no bad seats. Attended Chris Godber concert. Arrived at 8pm, as posted on website Facebook. Concert started at 9pm. Venue extremely cold. Birthday party celebration taking place also. Server was passive/aggressive. Lots of food for party but none for patrons. Only 1 server observed entire night. Took over 40 minutes to get Potatoe wedges which came half way through the concert. Seems to be a family business. Party took over entire venue and interrupted my concert experience. Cover is $10 pp. Should have been waived since I didn't know I was attending a birthday party. They don't answer their telephone at all. Called repeatedly on Thursday and all day Friday. People were friendly and Chris Godber was OUTSTANDING.
