When I place an order online and select the drive-thru for pickup, it clearly says that the order will be prepared once I arrive and provide my name, not right after I hit submit to complete the order!

The staff is committed and attentive, really striving to deliver excellent service instead of just standing around. It's also more convenient to get in and out of compared to other locations. I prefer this one over all the others, no matter where I’m going in town.

The staff also seems unfriendly and lacks a welc... read more Every time we visit this restaurant, the service is slow and our orders are frequently incorrect or incomplete. The staff also seems unfriendly and lacks a welcoming attitude. On my last visit, I ordered fiesta potatoes without sour cream and a Dorito taco. Instead, I received the potatoes with sour cream, despite my request, and without a fork to eat them. The Dorito taco was broken into pieces before I could even take a bite. I had to wait until I got home to eat, as I had no utensils. To make matters worse, an employee leaned his head into our truck at the window, which was very strange. If he had gotten any closer, he would have been in the truck with us. After waiting at the window, he approached us and asked what we had ordered. Overall, I would give this experience zero stars. It's not that difficult to get things right—please do better!

The customer service here is a breath of fr... read more This is the Taco Bell to visit in Dothan. They provided generous portions, the food was hot, and it arrived quickly. The customer service here is a breath of fresh air, especially in an area where friendly and dedicated staff can be hard to find. The manager, Kedran, had the store operating exceptionally well. Taquisha deserves a raise for exemplifying what great customer service should be.

Glad I checked my bag in the car. 1 bag couldn't have held all that I ordered anyway. Missing multiple items. Everything was very sloppily put together. Potatoes were overcooked. Things added that I asked to be kept off. Will not go back to this location again.
