Overall, I would rate the cleanliness quite poorly; the floors and tables were sticky. On a positive note, the food was hot and fresh, and the service was quick. However, I was disappointed to discover that the first three flavors I tried to select from the soft drink machine were out of order, so I eventually gave up on getting a drink.

The food at this... read more The Taco Bell on the south side appears to have made some positive improvements, possibly with new cooks, a new manager, or some other factors. The food at this location near Southeast Health (also known as Medical Center hospital) is fantastic. We ordered two chicken quesadillas, two Chicken Power Bowls, and two chicken bean burritos to savor over a few days. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Everything was served hot and fresh, and the staff were friendly and wonderful! My only suggestion would be to add a little more meat to the tacos.

I tried the grilled cheese champignon today, and it was incredible! If you go, don't waste your time with the menu—just order the Grilled Cheese Beef Chalupa. I wouldn't necessarily recommend going for double meat like I did, but honestly, one is all you really need.
