The sandwich was very dry and I had to add two Mayo packs to my 6-inch sub to make it pleasant. My sister has managed a few subways so I happen to know the seafood and Crab Salat ingredients are (except meat) Mayo and a bit Old Bay Seasoning. That's it. That had so little Mayo, the pieces of meat did not stay together and there was no Old Bay at all. The meat was fresh and tasty, but I didn't get the experience I had missed for so long. I didn't try to explain to the girl that made my sandwich, it's not her problem. She was very controversial, made a great sandwich and did it with a smile. I ordered double meat and that's exactly what I did. Shop was clean as a pipe. I hope the owner sees this review and adapts the recipe. I have to give them kudos just because they still carry my favorite subway sandwich. The company's daughters canceled it years ago and only certain shops still have it. It's the franchisor if they want or not. Next time I bring my own Old Bay and ask for extra Mayo! LOL! The three stars are no reflection on the store or sandwich manufacturer at all, BOTH where great. It is about the fact that the seafood and crab salad is not properly made according to the original recipe. I miss this sandwich!
