Apparently the owner of the subway in southeast Dothan doesn’t want anybody getting any sandwiches other than the build your own so you can’t get and spicy Italian sandwich or even any of the new sandwiches subway does. What is the point in having a subway if you are not going to allow people to get the sandwiches they want. The employees specifically said the owner will not let them make any other sandwiches if it wasn’t on the build your own menu it is dumb and make absolutely no sense. Poor work on the owners part he or she should do better and learn to run a business properly.
Worst customer service ever. The workers are very rude. The kids meal says apple sauce AND milk and they refused to give us milk for the kids. They kept being rude and say then just grab it! I was walking towards my son and one worker said excuse me and held his hand up in my face walking between me and my 3 year old. Also my husband asked how the Parmesan vinegarette is and the employee said “Man I don’t eat that!” Food: 1
Went there today with my husband. They started to make my food and then skipped my husband and started making another man’s food. Probably the worst customer service experience with that one associate. No apology or saying you didn’t see him. I could not believe they would just skip my husband and then check out the other person first! Truly the lady working this night needs an attitude check. The two boys were fine. She’s lucky she wasn’t wearing a nametag that I noticed or I would have put her name out here.
People working were awesome. The service was excellent. Place was clean. The only complaint I have is every time I visit seems like they have discontinued another item that I order for my sandwich. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Employees were standing around, busy talking, handed me my pick up order but didn't bother greeting me or asking if I needed anything else. Pizza wasn't cut, didn't include my dipping sauce and didn't consider adding napkins. Good thing it was a one time thing, wouldn't stop there again. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
