She refused to refund my money for an item that was supposed to be compl... read more The owner of this restaurant is quite unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. She refused to refund my money for an item that was supposed to be complimentary with the sandwich I ordered. I strongly suggest that you dine elsewhere if you're at the Dothan Mall. The mall management has already received a complaint about this incident, as well as several others, from what I've gathered. In my honest opinion, it's best to steer clear of this place altogether.
