They closed early, around 8 PM, and after placing an order for my family, I found out that they had removed all the condiments and veggies just as I was about to choose them. The staff seemed more focused on leaving than providing good service, closing two hours ahead of schedule. Additionally, there was a lot of commotion in the kitchen, including staff arguing and someone quitting and walking out. It was quite a spectacle while I waited for my food.

She refused to refund my money for an item that was supposed to be complimentary with the sandwich I ordered. I strongly suggest that you dine elsewhere if you're at the Dothan Mall. The mall management has already received a complaint about this incident, as well as several others, from what I've gathered. In my honest opinion, it's best to steer clear of this place altogether.
