Just had a meat lovers calzone from here. Wonderful!!!
I was disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. They closed early, around 8 PM, and after placing an order for my family, I found out that they had removed all the condiments and veggies just as I was about to choose them. The staff seemed more focused on leaving than providing good service, closing two hours ahead of schedule. Additionally, there was a lot of commotion in the kitchen, including staff arguing and someone quitting and walking out. It was quite a spectacle while I waited for my food.
The owner of this restaurant is quite unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. She refused to refund my money for an item that was supposed to be complimentary with the sandwich I ordered. I strongly suggest that you dine elsewhere if you're at the Dothan Mall. The mall management has already received a complaint about this incident, as well as several others, from what I've gathered. In my honest opinion, it's best to steer clear of this place altogether.
