Sonic Drive-in - Dothan

For most part sonic always supplies, good service that is. Sometimes there is a lot and longer waiting time. the jumbo popcorn chicken to time are overcooked or either at the end of the bag, because several times as not I a boat full of crispy cripple no matte at all, but only at the sound on S.Oates st.

Ordered ahead on the app. Simply a couple drinks, After checking in and parking in spot 15 And waiting 20 minutes still no drinks. My wife calls the store and a rude young lady tells my wife that we NOT parked at spot 15... Despite The fact that we ARE and looking right at the sticker.. the employee tells my wife She is wrong! Blind! and that spot 15 at the front and that the order couldn 't be Ours because she didn 't feel it was!?!.... Finally another young lady brings our drinks out who was very kind and had no knowledge of the idiotic response from her so called coworker... I recommend bypassing this sonic

Food came out pretty fast fries were cold ??‍ but friendly service

This location has the worst customer service I've seen in a long time!!!! The last 3 times I've tried to order I've sat for 15 minutes or longer and never got answered even after swapping stalls, so we will be taking our business elsewhere!!!! 10 out of 10 do not recommend!!!!! At last being acknowledged and asked to wait would have been better, but there no excuse to be completely ignored!!!! I worked in the restaurant business for 10+ years and this would never have been acceptable!!!!!

Haven't had any issues with the food or service, but my suggestion would be that you should block off the stalls that are not working with cones or something. I've had multiple instances where I'll pull in to multiple stalls in a row that don't work so it gets a little annoying.
