Mcdonald's - Dothan

Stopped here on my way to my Grandmother's house and decided to surprise her and my Mom with their favorite sandwich. I ordered 7 fish fillets (1 was a meal). They were all cold with a dime size amount of tartar sauce. Did not feel like driving all the way back with gas being so high. Had to put them in the microwave to warm them up and realized that 3 was missing the half slice of cheese. The fries from the meal was half filled. Very disappointed. Don't play with people's food. You would not want anyone to play with yours. The joke wasn't funny. Ruined my surprise!

If I could give this place a negative review, I definitely would. The manager was present when I placed my order, and when I asked her about the freshness of my food, she told me that’s why there was a wait. I called back to the restaurant, and the manager said that one of the staff had assured her that the food was fresh. Ma’am, you need to address this with your manager! It’s clear there’s a lack of integrity here, as this excuse doesn’t hold up. I informed her that I would be reaching out to district and regional management. These days, when you pay $4.00 for fries, they should at least be edible.

I waited 45 minutes for a dry burger and some cold fries that I had to microwave. But that's alright, because we also spent two hours waiting for Domino's, only to be told it would take another two hours after we had already waited. Meanwhile, six kids are waiting for their food.

I visited this restaurant for the first time a few years ago, and I was quite disturbed by how unclean it was inside, especially considering it had been recently rebuilt. The floors were in a terrible state! The ordering kiosk looked like it hadn't been sanitized in ages—there were fingerprints everywhere, making it seem like a COVID-19 breeding ground. This experience has really made me reconsider my choices when it comes to fast food restaurants. The young employee working behind the counter seemed overwhelmed, likely due to the chaotic environment.

Mcdonald’s struggled, so I went to jack’s, they didn’t make much better if you were looking for a good restaurant, then you’re probably not looking for a fast eating place anyway.
