Cashier recommended the donut holes. Score! The burgers were a little soggy. Great service! The inside is better than it had been prior to the remodel.
This location used to have fresh food. Don't know what's recently changed but the food was not good. Tasted stale like it had been out too long and reheated. Not just the fries either. Hamburgers were not good. Also the chik patty is thicker now and IMHOnot better. Gonna have to take a break from Krystal for a while and hope they will get back to where they should be in terms offreshness.
The food is fantastic, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and polite.
They are rarely open during their advertised hours, which is disappointing. I used to enjoy their fries, but it's frustrating to visit when they don’t stick to their schedule. It’s not worth the effort trying to figure out if they’re actually open.
I just went in to get a 24-pack of Krystals and requested half plain with mayo (no onions, no pickles, no mustard) and the other half with ketchup, no onions, no mustard, but with pickles. The cashier was very kind and took our order correctly. However, when we got home and started eating, there were onions on everything (thankfully, I’m not allergic to onions). Also, the half I asked to have no pickles had none. It was really disappointing, and now I understand why there were no customers in the restaurant.
