Tough times make you more discerning. The food came off as overcooked and greasy.

S... read more My boyfriend ordered a 3-piece Big Box with all white meat, coleslaw, and mac-n-cheese. Instead, he received a breast, a thigh, two legs, and no mac-n-cheese. Since when do thighs and legs qualify as white meat? I ordered a tender combo and was informed I could choose only one sauce, even though my receipt listed several options. At one point, I overheard someone, presumably the manager, yelling at the staff to stop arguing, yet they continued without interruption. When my boyfriend went to the restroom, he noted that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week—there was toilet paper in the urinal, the toilet was disgusting, and the sink had what looked like dried blood in it. The exterior of the restaurant was equally unkempt. I used to work for KFC 40 years ago, and the entire staff would have been fired on the spot if Quality Control had shown up. There is a strict timeline for delivering orders, and the conduct of the staff was completely unacceptable. I can only imagine Colonel Sanders turning in his grave over the condition of this location!

There was no courtesy at all—no simple “have a nice day.” The fries were cold and hard. I have no intention of returning to this KFC.
