You can't go wrong with Hots. It's definitely one of our favorites. The sandwiches and salads are fantastic—always fresh and served quickly with excellent service.

As a family we have been this restaurant twice only to see our food placed on the shelf while others were served or provided with their meals and out the door. The only time we were helped is when our order was placed, but we were passed by several times and never acknowledged. The cashier in the front who had taken our order eventually realized that we were still standing there and went and picked up our bag off the shelf. We were there both times between 15- 20 mins and again we watched others who came in after us be served or pick up their to go orders and go out the door. We won’t be back. As this restaurant loves everyone’s money, but obviously not everyone.

Not impressed. Prices seem way high, especially for the quality of food. My son really wanted pizza for lunch, and while I had never eaten at Hots, I knew pizza was on the menu. I ordered a 7 cheese and pepperoni for him. So first thing, there 's no crust on the outside to hold onto, so you 're either sticking your fingers in the toppings or eating with a knife and fork. I decided knife and fork was the way to go given my son is 5 and didn 't want to deal with the mess. So that brings me to issue #2. Calling this a pizza is a stretch. It has pizza toppings and pizza sauce...and it 's round...that 's about where the similarities end. This was clearly a tortilla crust , which would make this closer to a quesadilla than a pizza. Crust really is the wrong word, because it implies crispness or firmness. This had neither. It was about what you 'd expect from a floppy tortilla with greasy toppings on it. The sandwich I had wasn 't bad, but it was probably the most vanilla sandwich I 've had outside of two slices of white bread and some Oscar Mayer deli meat.

First time experience at Hot's Deli based on a mention by a neighbor. My wife ordered the Santa Fe Wrap with the Greek pasta salad and I chose the Rueben sandwich with Fries. Great flavor and meal size was substantial! Possibly oddly, I'd note that the to go packaging was put together very well efficient and solid for transporting. Staff was friendly and store was clean.Definitely will return and recommend!
