This Fazoli's opened about a year ago, and they have done an excellent job since then. The staff were quick, friendly, courteous, and professional. The dining area was mostly empty, likely due to the pandemic, but everything was impeccably clean. I’m am…was LOYAL to this place every time I travel from FL to AL. The spaghetti was unusually dry and they tried to charge for more sauce. I didn’t want it for breadsticks, just for the spaghetti. They refused. I should’ve used my tip to ensure I had enough sauce. If I ever go back, I’ll be sure to do that, since service was extremely lackluster and dirty tables.Thank you Manager on 8/20/23. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. My wife and I had a great experience and plan to return. If you have any dietary restrictions, they are willing to accommodate you.

Very very generous staff and manager especially. I really appreciated their service and great food. Everything was super fresh and hot.
Food was great: fresh and delicious. Unlimited bread sticks with every dine-in order. The bread sticks were basically baked fresh and were super soft and hot. We got the chicken Alfredo fettuccine and it was also incredibly delicious, the pasta is a little under seasoned but with salt and pepper on the table and fresh grated Parm for every dish, it made up for it. The chicken was incredibly juicy and well seasoned however. Also got a slice of cheesecake factory cheesecake which was delectable and strong. Will definatly be returning for more
Just had lunch (05-13-2023). One of the servers, Candy was PHENOMENAL !!Businesses need more employees like her. She was very nice, polite AND so kind.I will be sure to look for her on my next visit! Thank you so much for you being you..
