This Fazoli's opened about a year ago, and they have done an excellent job since then. The staff were quick, friendly, courteous, and professional. The dining area was mostly empty, likely due to the pandemic, but everything was impeccably clean. I’m am…was LOYAL to this place every time I travel from FL to AL. The spaghetti was unusually dry and they tried to charge for more sauce. I didn’t want it for breadsticks, just for the spaghetti. Fazoli's has truly become a nostalgic spot for many of us, especially with its origins in Georgia. On my way home from Alabama, we decided to stop here, and Candi, our server, recognized how nostalgic I was feeling and took great care of us. The food was just as delicious as I remember, but the service was exceptional. Since I travel this route often, I will definitely be making this my go-to stop in the future.
Wow! what a wonderful experience! the service was excellent and the food was great! I was served by holley and bella who were so nice and friendly. one of them even gave a little girl who was a balloon before me. great job!
We went on a family trip and had a fantastic time at the restaurant. The prices were excellent, and if that wasn't enough to draw us in, the staff were incredibly friendly! We really wish there was one in San Diego!
Food was great: fresh and delicious. Unlimited bread sticks with every dine-in order. The bread sticks were basically baked fresh and were super soft and hot. We got the chicken Alfredo fettuccine and it was also incredibly delicious, the pasta is a little under seasoned but with salt and pepper on the table and fresh grated Parm for every dish, it made up for it. The chicken was incredibly juicy and well seasoned however. Also got a slice of cheesecake factory cheesecake which was delectable and strong. Will definatly be returning for more
