Captain Hooks Fish Chicken - Dothan
Captain Hooks Fish Chicken
Description
In a recent review of a local restaurant, the stark contrast between experiences left diners divided. Many lamented the establishment's lack of cleanliness and poor food quality, noting undercooked and overcooked meals, incorrect orders, and unsatisfactory customer service that failed to address complaints. From unappetizing shrimp to unacceptable hygiene standards, patrons were left frustrated and vowing never to return. Conversely, a select few praised the spot, lauding the fried chicken gizzards, catfish, and the overall deliciousness of the menu. However, the negative feedback predominates, suggesting a critical need for management to enhance both food preparation and customer service standards.

I ordered the wing plate, which came with fries, corn nuggets, and a fried cheesecake. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was definitely the corn nuggets. Overall, I rate the food a 5 out of 5!
