Just spent my entire lunch break in the drive-thru line. When I finally got to the window after 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me, it took 3 guesses for the cashier to figure out which ticket was mine. Then I was given a flat soda and the wrong order. I just paid 11.71 for a cheeseburger with small fries. I ordered a hepperburger and two rodeoburgers (a meal) and when he gave me my food, there was only one rodeo burger, so I had to wait 5 minutes before he noticed me in the window and he told me he forgot to put it in the bag. no biggie at all was there a friendly talk, but when I came back to my hotel, I opened it up and there was absolutely no sose any kind on burger and oh my fries were thrown into the bag down. I've been there before and it was great, but the men who work today don't need to work there anymore because they don't care about a good job.
It was a terrible experience. The restaurant was so dirty from outside too inside, food was cold. So dissatisfied will not recommend or eat their again;
My wife and I waited in an extremely long and slow line, to order two sandwiches and french toast for my kids. Long story short. The bacon was so burned that my daughter could not chew it and it jabbed her mouth and my sons food was deffinetly made a while before we got there. They updated and upgraded but service and quality has dropped severely.
I’m not one to cry racism, but twice I’ve gone in here and been completely ignored and had other people blatantly taken care of in front of me. Heard the same from other patrons about this location. You’re lucky if they ask you what you want or acknowledge you with some sort of nod and eye roll after answering a text on their phone, Let alone get an accurate order and handed a receipt to check. Also been denied breakfast at 10:31, but I guess rules are rules.
