The sign says they close at 7 pm, but the dining room wasn’t open at all. At 6:45 pm, they still wouldn’t take my order because they were already closed. That’s it—I’m done with Bojangles. Pay your staff a fair wage so they can properly serve customers. This is ridiculous.
We ordered an 8-piece meal and a chicken finger meal to take to the park. When we arrived, the chicken finger meal was missing, along with napkins and utensils to eat the slaw, mashed potatoes, and gravy. However, my daughters did say it was some of the best chicken they’ve ever had.
