What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I used to order a bagel and swiss religiously at Tim's, now not so much.It seems that Tim's is cutting costs and discretely passing those coats on to us.My bagel used to come with 2 slices of swiss cheese. This was okay because the ratio of cheese to bread was passable. Now, it only comes with one, so you can't have cheese on each slice. If you want a second slice, it's extra!Oh, and guess what? More and more Tim's d... View all feedback.
I recently visited this restaurant and was served by Isabelle. She was incredibly kind, smiling, polite, and even funny. Isabelle is truly an exceptional worker and I believe she deserves some recognition for her excellent service.
I used to always order a bagel with Swiss cheese from Tim's, but not anymore. It seems like Tim's is trying to save money by cutting costs and passing those expenses on to us customers. My bagel used to come with 2 slices of Swiss cheese, which was a decent amount for the bread. Now it only comes with one slice, so you can't have cheese on both slices without paying extra. Unfortunately, many Tim's locations are no longer offering Swiss cheese at all. This change is very disappointing, Mr. Tim!
I visited the restaurant yesterday and decided to try the new steak and egg English muffin combo. Unfortunately, after waiting for over 10 minutes, I received an old, dry sandwich and lukewarm coffee with no potato. The server claimed he had given it to the wrong person, even though they hadn't touched it. I paid over $7 for this disappointing meal. In the future, I think I'll just stick to ordering coffee.
I love Tim Horton's and it's one of my first stops when I hit Montreal. The donuts, mouthwatering! The coffee, excellent. I'm drooling just thinking about it!
I was there yesterday and ordered the new steak and egg English muffin combo. After waiting over 10 minutes I knew something was wrong. He finally gave me an old dry sandwich with a lukewarm coffee and no potato. He said that he had given it to the wrong person, but "they didn't touch it." I paid over $7 for this. Next time I will stick to just ordering coffee.
