The cust... read more The restaurant has a pleasant seating area and is not as crowded as Tim Hortons or Starbucks, which is a plus. However, that's where the positives end. The customer service was subpar; the cashier was rude and appeared impatient, responding to any questions with a condescending tone. The sandwiches, despite being labelled as heated, were still cold. Additionally, the prices were on the higher side, which is to be expected given the location.

They brewed drip coffee without any coffee grounds in the filter, so we had to wait until the water ran through before they could start over. The cashier seemed overwhelmed and even called over the guy who was sweeping for help, but he just left a pile of dirt on the floor. I simply wanted an English Breakfast tea bag, but I ended up with an Earl Grey instead, which I really don’t like. Since they’re located in an airport, they really need to step up their game. Perhaps they should reconsider hiring family members?

When she returned, she strained out the burnt, bubbly foam and poured the remaining milk into my cup. I've attached a photo of my $5 "latte." Milk should be steamed to a specific temperature to avoid scalding, and a proper latte should include foam. Unfortunately, the espresso was watery and under-extracted, making the drink utterly terrible. If you value quality coffee, I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

The cashier messed up my order twice, but I'm glad I checked what was in the bag before paying. I definitely do not recommend this place!
