To escape absolutely, hotel malpropre and team malpolis. The reception person insulted us because she didn't want to work. Moreover the price is not justified, the hotel is located on the road, the room is very old and very noisy. The windows are dirty, spider canvases in the toilet, the shower folded and lack of care for the outside parts. Avoid, or run if possible.

We would have liked to stay there. The covid decided otherwise. We have therefore asked the hotel to be able to postpone our stay to avoid the cancellation fees related to an imponderable. Certainly the establishment was not obliged to do this. But the (or the) responsible (because we were dealing with 2 people) was also not obliged to scream on his customers on the phone. I've never seen such behavior from a hotel manager. A lamentable attitude...a manager who changes his mind three times on the situation... a way to treat incomprehensible customers. In the end the hotelier recovers the cancellation fee is 134 euros anyway (for 2 rooms that have not been occupied) and 2 satisfied customers while he could have recovered the double and the associated restoration by taking the risk of having in fine satisfied customers. I admit I don't understand the calculation... when he could have
