The employees should focus on their customers instead of making small talk...and practice cashiering so they don 't give less money back!...sad, then you wonder why the store isn 't doing well??? Update from today, September 17, 2025 Very unfriendly service from an employee at Subway Dormagen. No help with my voucher question, instead rude answers. For hygiene reasons, I wasn 't allowed to use a permanent marker, but the same knife is used to cut all the sandwiches (vegan, vegetarian, pork) without cleaning them. Absolutely disappointing.
Service is terrible. I've rarely seen an employee react so negatively to a complaint. I'll only order from here again.
One star is still too many! I ordered twice – and both times the wrong food was delivered. The first time, I thought, okay, it happens. The second time, it was clear: absolute chaos. The bread was soggy, the ingredients seemed old, the meat was cold even though it should have been warm. There was no response at all to any warnings or complaints. Service? None. Anyone looking for fresh, proper food will be sorely disappointed here. My only advice to everyone: Save your money and your stress – order somewhere else!
I'm absolutely satisfied with the Subway in Dormagen! The food is always fresh and truly delicious – you can really taste that the bread is baked fresh daily. The ingredients are crisp and high-quality. I'd especially like to highlight the staff: super friendly, fast, and very clean. The restaurant itself is also well-kept and inviting. For me, it's a definite 10 out of 10 – I'll be back!
