So was everybody 's food according to my husband 's and my kids ' opinion. So much so that my son asked for another portion of tagliatelle al ragu...

They set the bar high for local eateries and we returned later in our visit to give it another try because it had been the best so far. Our return visit was just as stupendous as the first! The mushroom tagliatelle were tantalizingly woodsy; the Sardinian pasta with wild asparagus was delightful. We splurged with the chocolate souffle with apple ice cream and it was amazing! We felt safe in their hands at Coluda and would definitely return.
