Xela Pan Cafe - Doraville

I am disappointed to write this review. I have always loved this restaurant and appreciated the delicious and authentic Central American food they serve with consistent taste and care. However, a recent error has changed my opinion of this restaurant. During a late night visit with four friends, we ordered takeout that totaled $92. A week later, I noticed a charge of $198 on my bank statement, which was a significant overcharge. When I attempted to address this mistake, I was met with unhelpful responses from the staff. It appears that the restaurant is unwilling to take responsibility for this error, which is concerning. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant. I hope they can resolve this issue to prevent future incidents. Xelapan, please do better.

This place is authentic! If you're looking for a true experience, this is the place to go. They open at 6:30 a.m., perfect for the early risers.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious! There are seating options both indoors and outdoors. The restaurant appears to be very popular.
