I visited McDonald's in Doonside tonight and had to wait quite a while for my food. Meanwhile, the crew members were just standing around, laughing, and joking with each other, while the manager was simply standing there with them. This was very unprofessional, and I believe the restaurant could benefit from new management and a revamped team as soon as possible.
Literally the WORST McDonalds in Sydney. I was desperate today, no lunch at 4:30 so thought I wld take another chance here as it’s been bad for along time. Ordered my favourite which is a Quarter Pounder NEVER EVER have I had one so discusting. Was missing the onions (not one piece of onion)??!! No gherkins barely warm. Even worse was the 50 tablespoons of sauce that they smothered it with. Was inedible with that AMOUNT of sauce?? After looking at all the BAD REVIEWS, this Macca’s needs to shutdown re-opened with an entire NEW management staff. Have just called Head Office let them know. Hopefully they do something drastic about it.
Worst ever McDonald I have been to. I don't know how many times I have been here and tell you there was always problems with orders. To they gave my order to someone else and waiting for 20 minutes they said someone else took my order and they making new one. I went in they said na we didn't have it at first place and we making fresh one which is taking 20min so someone lie and what I did I ask for my refund and go to other place jst to make them improve I think refund is important so they can work on the loop holes. I think many people have come across with something while shopping here
Useless staff. Unable to read the order, missing stuff. Stop hiring people who can't read!
Ordered 2 coffees and a toastie to go!Quick as a flash was told nil stock toasties. Got a refund. So far OK but then... 30 mins later the coffees are made.No real apologies offered.To top it off the lid on one isn't on properly so spillage occurs. Then they're luke warm at best.Will I go back? Only if I am desperate.
