I repeated my request twice, but... read more The night shift is really disappointing! I've visited this location three times, and every time they've gotten my order wrong. I repeated my request twice, but I still didn’t receive the creamy pepper or lettuce, and the buns weren't toasted. To make matters worse, they don’t answer their phone. I tried calling three times to voice my complaints, but I got no response.

Everything is always made fresh, and their Monterey melts are fantastic. This is definitely my favorite restaurant, and I always leave feeling completely satisfied. The food is not only delicious but also healthier than you'd expect. Thanks, Whataburger, for consistently providing an amazing dining experience! I'm so pleased with every visit.

This is the only place where I can get my breakfast sausage, egg, and cheese Mexican-style, complete with sliced jalapeños, onions, and tomatoes. They serve it on a toasted tortilla, which is a must-try. Everything is mixed together perfectly, made to order just right. Be sure to ask for the toasted tortilla; they're always happy to accommodate. Thank you, Donna! What's going on?"

One manager saw us while changing the register and chose to walk away, while the other manager was disrespectful toward me, although she was polite to other customers. I usually enjoy going to the Weslaco location, but I wanted to try the Donna location for the first time. I won't be returning.
