His customer service was exceptional, and he made sure my order was complete. I usually have no choice but to visit this location since it's close to home, and the service is typically poor with cold or missing food. However, today was different—Damian ensured my entire order was fresh and complete. He went above and beyond his duties, unlike most of his coworkers. I can honestly say my $48 order was a perfect 10/10 today, compared to the usual 4/10 experiences I've had at this location. Thank you, Damian!

My patty melt arrived without the creamy sauce, and despite asking and being willing to pay for an extra tomato on the side, it was never provided. Additionally, I requested 10 packets of picante sauce but only received 4. The service was unacceptable.

One manager saw us while changing the... read more I visited the Donna Whataburger and had a disappointing experience. The managers were unfriendly right from the beginning. One manager saw us while changing the register and chose to walk away, while the other manager was disrespectful toward me, although she was polite to other customers. I usually enjoy going to the Weslaco location, but I wanted to try the Donna location for the first time. I won't be returning.
