The fries or tots were hard and greasey or the burger buns were hard. And when you go back to tell them they get offended. Well youshouldn't serve that to any customer in the first place. EAT IF YOU DARE!!

Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant could use some improvement.

I placed an order through DoorDash, but Burger King canceled it because they were out of some side items. They charged me twice and only refunded one charge. I... read more I placed an order through DoorDash, but Burger King canceled it because they were out of some side items. They charged me twice and only refunded one charge. I ended up in a frustrating back-and-forth with DoorDash, where the representative told me Burger King was adjusting the order to complete it, and I agreed. However, right after that call, I got a notification that my order was canceled—even though they were supposedly fixing it. Now, I have to wait 3-5 business days to get over $80 back. The original order was around $32, with an $8 tip for the driver. This Burger King experience has been terrible!
