Casey's typically serves excellent pizza, but my experience at this particular location was disappointing. My pizza was burnt and not completely sliced. While I could overlook the cutting issue, I can't understand how they missed the burnt pizza during the process of taking it out of the oven, trying to cut it, and placing it in the box. This oversight reflects a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for quality control and customer service. I recommend checking your pizza before accepting it from this location.
I ordered my pizza and was pleased to find out that one of them was my tenth, which meant it was free. However, when I arrived to pick it up at the time specified in the app, I discovered that they hadn’t even started making my order. When I finally got my pizzas, I was charged for both and told that there was no record of my free pizza. I explained that I could show them the app, which clearly indicated that I had purchased ten pizzas and should be eligible for a free one. The app did not reflect that I had only ordered two pizzas since I had just reached my tenth. Although the pizza was good, the experience with the app promotion was disappointing. There was no manager available at 6 PM to discuss my concerns, and it felt like untrained staff were running the restaurant.
