Our starters and dessert were equally impressive. Kudos to the chef! The food not only tasted wonderful but was also beautifully plated. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service remained exceptional. The only drawback was that the space felt somewhat large and impersonal for a castle hotel. A cozier, more intimate setting would have been preferable. There are numerous rooms within the castle, such as the Father Browne bar, which could be converted into a dining area. Overall, the meal was the highlight of our visit and truly exceptional.

The vegetables, appetizers, and dessert were all exceptional, earning a flawless 5/5 from me. I’d like to thank the chef for crafting such a delightful and beautifully presented meal. Even with a busy atmosphere, the service remained excellent. The only drawback was that the restaurant felt less cozy and intimate than I anticipated for a castle hotel, resembling more of an extended dining hall. There are other areas in the castle, like the Father Browne bar, that could be converted into dining spaces, as many guests already gather there. Overall, the meal was the highlight of my visit and absolutely fantastic.
