The... read more We purposely visited this wee cafe/restaurant after reading other reviews , with the some purpose of getting a cooked breakfast . We were not disappointed. The welcome was warm, the service was friendly and the ' Donegal breakfast ' was wonderful. The place is small but very popular and we got there around 10a.m. but soon after we arrived the place was near in at full capacity. The menu extended way beyond a cooked breakfast so will cater for most tastes. Definitely recommend a visit if in the vicinity

As a result, it cost almos... read more Overpriced place, even for homemade food. Prices for drinks and cakes weren't listed, supposedly due to fluctuating ingredient costs. As a result, it cost almost €19 for a tea, a hot chocolate without whipped cream, and two tiny slices of tart, also without cream. If you add all the extras, it's almost €25! The staff was very helpful. The setting was pleasant, but not enough to justify the price.
