The Platform - Doncaster

I just enjoyed a delicious caramel latte at this lovely cafe! The staff are kind and friendly, and the bacon and egg sandwiches are amazing! Overall, the food is delicious and the cafe is wonderful. Thank you, ladies, I will definitely be returning!

What more could you ask for? The cakes are baked fresh daily, the coffee is exquisite, and even the volunteers are trained as baristas. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I frequent the platform almost daily during my work hours, and now that it has turned into a pop-up sandwich and soup shop, it is perfect because there aren't many options nearby for a quick lunch break. The soup is consistently amazing and made fresh at the shop. The sandwiches are tasty and freshly made each day. The Platform also offers delicious cakes and coffee. What sets this place apart is that it is run by residents of a local care home, which I find to be a fantastic concept. They even have a cookbook compiled by the volunteers so you can enjoy their delicious food at home. Keep up the great work, Heather, Abbie, and all the volunteers!
