We sat inside and noticed that the tables outside... read more My wife and I recently visited a cafe for coffee. The service at the counter was good and the coffee was fine. We sat inside and noticed that the tables outside were covered in dirty dishes. A staff member came out and casually chatted with customers while ignoring the dirty dishes. Another customer had to put their drink on a table with dirty dishes. Even though they cleared another table, they did not sanitize it or empty the ashtray. The dirty dishes were still on a table inside when we left. This lack of hygiene is concerning, especially in the current situation. I suggest that the staff be urgently retrained.

It took the staff member a long time to s... read more I visited the restaurant on Friday, September 27, 2019. The establishment appeared run-down and in need of renovation. It took the staff member a long time to serve me. The crockery had lost most of its design, and I was given a used tea spoon with tea/coffee stains on it. I did not receive a knife with the muffins I ordered. When I moved to a raised area, the tables had not been cleared. When a staff member cleared the table next to us, crumbs were brushed towards my girlfriend. To add to the disappointment, the toilets were out of order. I would advise avoiding this place and going to Gregg's instead.
