Concorde - Donaueschingen

What Johannes Schrader likes about Concorde:
Conference hotels are not known to have the best kitchens. but apparently some were taken out. I would count the concord. the appetizer a light salate with a grandiose dressing, the main course was table-spitz and only a dense. a small pancake was not as familiar to me as dessert, but it was just delicious! the service is almost perfect, but I always find something to mug: from me a very clear thumb high!
