What Herbert Prince doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
The times I visited this Dairy Queen in Donalsonville Georgia, they had a hard time understanding what I ordered in the drive thru. And everytime I would go to the pickup window, looking insidecdid not look clean. Food was on the floor but lots of employees were standing around. Order was messed up. Ordered chili dogs and received plain hotdogs.
The sign indicates that they close at 10 PM, but I was unable to place an order at 9:20 PM because they were already closed.
How can you not get a burger w.o. cheese. Tell this DQVery allergic to cheese. So you can not take cheese off a burger and sell it to me. Non caring attitude. Really think they will survive by running off all the local customers and survive on tourist. Time will show.
The food should have been served a bit hotter, especially given how busy the restaurant was, but it wasn't. The cashiers didn't seem to work as efficiently as they should have, and a few of them had an attitude that suggested they didn't want to be there. I even saw one young woman roll her eyes at a customer.
