Mama Jo serves the best chicken and dumplings! I ordered takeout for lunch, and the price was around $10–20 per person. The food was excellent, receiving a score of 5 out of 5. The service was also outstanding, earning another 5. The atmosphere gets a perfect 5 as well. Highly recommend!

The food was absolutely delightful! There is plenty of parking available, with a convenient free parking lot. Overall, this restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience!

We went to Jo's Family Restaurant for the first time. Found it on Facebook and saw it was near us. Hands down it is a great place to eat. It's a buffet and it's very delicious! We were greeted once we walked into the restaurant. Told us to have a seat anywhere we wanted too. Waitress came right over asked us what we would like to drink. We walked up to the buffet and looked like my granny had been there to cook. It was so good. We should have gotten a plate to go. They had lace cornbread too. Yum! Wish I could have watched whoever cooked that lace cornbread or them teach me. Fried chicken was awesome! Wish they were opened later for dinner. We will definitely be back soon! Do not pass by this place without trying it out when they are open. Kid-friendliness: Everyone friendly and nice. Parking: Big parking lot. Think this use to be a church at one time. Wheelchair accessibility: They have 2 front up by the door handicap parking spaces.
