I don't know if there is new ownership or what but it's going downhill. I can't speak to the food but the dirty dishes were stacked up on half the counter. I was in there less than ten minutes, more than five and with 4 people working, I was never even spoken to. And I was sitting at the counter. Had lunch with a buddy after playing golf. the food was good and the service was great. We both ordered hamburgers and french fries.
I did not like the fact that the glasses were not washed with a rag or sponge around the rim but only swished around in dish water and put on rack to be rinsed. It did not smell pleasant inside the place. The waitress was nice and on top of things.
I love eating here every year when I visit the area during hunting season.Great food and great people!
