In my opinion, the best sushi restaurant in Val-d'Oise! The fish is top quality, very fresh, and the skewers are excellent—far superior to those at other restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this place! The only slight downside is the prices, which are a bit high, but the quality of the ingredients more than justifies it.

A very nice place with quality products. The only downside: staff who are sometimes a little caught off guard (the establishment 's desire to stay with family which adds a lot of waiting time between arrival, taking the order and the arrival of the dishes. For an establishment that regularly asks its customers to leave a rating on Google, the message does not seem to be getting through. It would rather be appropriate to reduce the chips offered at the aperitif and the shots of Sake offered at the end of the meal (when this is the case to improve the service which only lacks this element to obtain the 5th star.
