Virsa Indian Warkworth - Dome Valley

I walked in to collect my takeaway order and waited for about 5 minutes while the lady behind the counter had a loud argument on the phone before passing it to another member of staff. She proceeded to dump my food on the counter and put the EFTPOS machine there for me to pay. Then upon completion of payment she walked away without so much as a word! Simply disgusting service and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Am really disappointed in the delivery service we received tonight have had multiple deliveries to my home address and tonight he tooted at me to come get it from his car as we have a little dog (the dog only barked cause he tooted) this has never been a issue before and they have normally knocked on the window I asked why he tooted at me when this is a deliver to door service and he spoke to me in a raised angry voice saying they dont deliver to addresses with dogs and that he will never ever deliver here again and no one from his business will deliver to this address again..The owner was very rude and I didnt appreciate the way he spoke to me.

Very disappointing , we ordered 1 hot for one person 3 medium curries for the rest of us but the mediums were all very hot, one medium was hotter than the hot curry and nobody at all could eat it, unfortunately they only offered a replacement of that curry if we took it back but we live 20 mins away. We have dined here several and picked up takeaways quite a lot but tonight’s experience has put us off.
